Returning an unwanted item?

We get it, sometimes something just doesn't work for you and you want your money back. Don't worry, as long as an item is still in its original condition, we accept returns, subject to the rules below, which includes rules around fair use. None of these rules affect your statutory rights.

How to return?

If you want to return an item purchased on, you have 30 days from the shipping arrival date of your order to do so free of charge. The items should have all tickets attached and be in perfect condition. However, the delivery cost and the insurance fee cannot be refunded and you are responsible for the return shipping.

Please contact us to let us know the items you want to return and the reason. After we review, please follow our guidance to issue the refund. The money will be returned to your website wallet or the bank account that you provide within 5 days after we receive the items. 


Hygiene and our customers’ safety are super important, so certain items can’t be returned for refunds including:

  1. Face + Body products, undergarments, swimwear, pierced jewelry, DIY items, pet accessories, cloth accessories and etc., if opened, used or protective seal is not intact.
  2. Other items that have specific requirements.

Of course, it's fine to try an item on like you would in a shop, but please don't actually wear it. If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a refund and we may have to send it back to you (and ask you to cover the delivery costs). All items are inspected on return.
